Method: Five patients who had a defect smaller than one-third of the lower lip were treated using "V" sliding skin flap. Another 5 patients who had a defect about two-thirds of the lower lip were treated using rotation-advancement flap.

方法：根据下唇唇癌术后缺损程度，缺损小于1/3的5例患者采取V形滑行组织瓣，缺损在2/3左右的另5例患者采取扇形组织瓣修复。
